Be the name home buyers remember.

A character and a story series for real estate businesses, made with AI.

Meet your character

Background image to come: a couple planning their first home, laughing at a SheerLuck Homes episode on a phone.

No shoot days

We bring it to life with AI.

No guesswork

We come up with the stories.

Be remembered

Still on their minds when they’re ready to buy.

A real estate agent scrolling through identical listing postsPhoto to come: an agent at their desk scrolling a Facebook group full of listing posts that all look the same.

Your listings look like everyone else’s.

You post a new listing: fifteen photos, the price, “PM for details.” A few likes, one “HM?” comment, then nothing. The same house is posted by five other agents in the same groups, with the same photos.

That’s not a you problem.

Buyers take months to decide. By the time they’re ready, most can’t remember whose post they saw.

So one good listing isn’t enough. You have to stay on their minds for months, and posting listings every day just gets you scrolled past.

Two friends laughing at a video on a phonePhoto to come: OFWs on a break abroad, laughing at a funny video on a phone. The business in the video is nowhere to be seen.

Funny isn’t enough.

People laugh, share, and forget whose video it was.

Studies show people remember the joke and forget the brand, unless the brand is part of the joke.

  • The property sits in the background while the joke steals the show.
  • The brand pops up out of nowhere, with no reason to be there.
  • It feels like a sales pitch, so people scroll past.

So we don’t make random clips. We make series where your business is the star.

Characters people want to see again.

That’s what we create at Orambutan. And the more often people see something they enjoy, the more they warm to it, so every new episode brings your name back to mind, right up to the day they’re ready to buy.

Meet a few of our characters:

Boss Sisaw and Glycy the hippo

“One guy with a Tesla. One pet hippo. Every trip is an adventure.”

Standalone skits, plus a new series with episode 1 out.

Bokbok the hamster

“When the power goes out, the whole neighborhood counts on Bokbok.”

A series: two episodes out, viewers asking for part three.

Video to come: a sample episode with a character made for a realty firm.

A sample episode we made for an imaginary realty firm.

Now imagine one for your business.

Your character lives in your world. Every story ends at one of your properties, and every good moment comes from what you offer. It feels like a story, not a listing.

How it works

Start with a pilot to meet your character. If you like it, continue with a monthly series. There’s no commitment after the pilot.

Start with a pilot

₱5,000 one time

About a week from our visit to your first episode.

  1. We get to know your business. We visit your office or a project, look at your listings and your page, and learn who your buyers are, from first-time buyers to OFW families, and what sets you apart.
  2. Pick your character. We pitch two or three character ideas made for your business and the buyers you want to reach. You choose, and we can test them with your team and past clients.
  3. Watch the pilot. We make a 30-second first episode with your chosen character. You approve it or ask for changes.

Then, if you like it, continue the series

₱16,000 /month
  1. New episodes keep coming. Eight 30-second episodes a month. You post them, and we fine-tune the character based on how people respond, shaping each new episode around what works. Continue after the pilot, and we take ₱5,000 off your first month.

Every plan includes the concept, script, editing and two rounds of revisions.

A buyer laughing with an agent at an open housePhoto to come: an OFW family at an open house, the dad joining by video call, all laughing with the agent about the character.

What success looks like

  • A buyer messages you and mentions your character by name.
  • Your posts get shared in family group chats instead of scrolled past.
  • When they’re finally ready to buy, yours is the name they remember.

We watch how people respond to each episode and shape the next ones around what works.

Questions realty owners ask

Do I need to film anything?

No. We use your listing photos, plus a few photos of your office or team at the start. After that, we handle the rest.

Will the videos show our properties as they really are?

Yes. The character and the story are made with AI, but your properties, prices and features always match the real thing. We never add a pool, a view or a room that isn’t there.

Can you include the details we’re required to show?

Yes. Tell us what your ads need to include, like license numbers, and we’ll add them to every episode.

What if the character doesn’t fit?

Nothing goes ahead until you approve it. If none of the ideas feel right, we pitch new ones before the pilot. If the character doesn’t click with people after a few episodes, we adjust it or switch to another concept.

Who owns the character?

You do. The character belongs to your business. We create the episodes.

Can you put me or my agents in the videos?

Yes. With a few photos from different angles, we can create realistic versions of you. We only do this with written permission.

Can I get a longer episode for a project launch or open house?

Yes. Special episodes of 45 seconds to one minute are available as an add-on. Message us for a quote.

How do I pay?

Through GCash. You pay 50% upfront to get started and the rest on delivery. For the Series, it’s billed monthly.

Not a broker or developer?

We also work with builders, property managers and other home businesses. Message us and tell us about yours.

Every great series starts with a pilot.

Send us a message. We’ll ask a few questions about your business and book a visit.
